Presently, Indraprastha’s team is instrumental in advising the National Highways Authority of India/NHIDCL and Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways (GOI), Ministry of Power, Steel & Mines, Road owning Agencies of various States, Municipalities’, and Various Authorities as Financial Consultants/Transaction Advisors etc.
Roads and Highways are one of our core strengths. Our involvement in the sector ranges from at national and local administration level, through the planning and design of complex urban roads and rural strategic routes to construction supervision.
Indraprastha Corridor is on the panel of State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, Indian Bank, Central Bank of India, UCO Bank and a number of other PSU banks as consultant for undertaking Lenders Independent Engineers assignments as well as conducting Techno Economic Viability Studies in various industrial and infrastructural.
It was promoted by Mr RC Agarwal, a retired civil Servant who had served at apex level and has succeeded in completing number of prestigious projects viz Dilli – Haat at INA & Pitampura, Garden of Five Senses at Saket, development of more than 50 flyovers/Pedestrian Facilities/Subways in Delhi, Setting up of Way side amenities and number of highway projects on PPP mode. A number of projects have been executed withoutany fund allocation by Govt. Subsequently senior and experienced finance professionals, technocrats and Bankers also joined the company in their endeavour to handle infra-projects. Notably among them, Shri D D Goel & Shri Pawan Kumar, practicing Chartered Accountants, Shri Ajay Midha, Chartered Accountant from private sector, Er Ashwani Bansal, retired General Manager from Punjab National Bank, an IIT Delhi Alumni, Er SK Jain, an Engineer turned banker from Punjab National Bank, Er Nawal Kishore Sharma, retired Chief General Manager from NHAI and an IIT Delhi Alumni. All these professionals are having more than 25 years’ experience in their respective arena.
